My name is Karel Bemelmans, a 31 year old guy from Belgium. I’ve studied computer science and have been playing around with internet technology since 1996. I currently have a bachelor’s degree and I’m working on obtaining my master’s degree in June 2011.

I’m currently working as a Software Analyst / Developer for Unilogic B.V. in Sittard, The Netherlands. My main job is designing and implementing web-based solutions, most of them using PHP5 and PostgreSQL / MySQL databases. I also manage a few project, including the Schoolbeheer Online project, a product from Unilogic B.V.

Besides my main job I run my own company called ‘Narfum IT Services‘.
